Jack's Story
Jack Nyawanga grew up in Kibera — Africa's largest urban slum, home to over a million people in a few square kilometres. In 2006 he started with nothing but discarded bones and brass from local butchers and scrap yards. Today he employs 17 artisans, all Kibera residents.

In your session Jack reveals the secret of transforming these raw materials into beautiful jewellery. Then it's your turn — make a piece, take it home.

Your visit isn't just a workshop — it's a lifeline for 17 families. Thank you.
