CBA has been on the ground in Kenya since 2013 - over 10 years.

In the last few years, we have refined our investment model to achieve best-in-class investment performance of 35 jobs created per $100,000 invested - details here.

Until now, CBA has achieved its results on a team of committed volunteers - both international and local Kenya experts and businesspeople.

​

Our long -range plan is to expand on a global basis, starting with expansion in to 4-5 countries neighboring Kenya from 2028+.  In order to do that, however, we heed to move beyond 100% volunteer staffing to build a core team (still led by senior volunteers) not he ground here in Kenya.
